Construction Loans
When you need a construction loan, Duscany Financial Group uses the sellout value of the project when built to determine the size of the loan. Conventional lenders will lend based on the loan to cost.

Interest Rates
Duscany Financial Group charges 10%-14% plus 2-4 points. The borrower saves on the appraisal, engineering and environmental reports required by conventional banks.

Loan to Value
We will lend at a loan to value of up to 65%. In a construction project, this can substantially enhance the size of the loan by foreseeing the end value after the project is completed.
